This message is not related to the article but something I still wanted to ask you about.
Do you still have asthma? I know you lost a lot of weight (good job BTW!) and hopefully that got rid of it.

BTW, if you would like to take your own teachings to the next level, I definitely think you should stop by. We can explain to you why so much of what you are doing works. For instance, what Dr. Len does would seem amazing to some (and it is) but the reason it works is because of the concepts behind it. Meaning, Dr. Len has the concept that his teachings work, fueled by his belief that they do, which then allows them to work. It is the same principle that has allowed every great healer since Jesus to Dr. Len to do their work.
I think we can really add to your repertoire if you just give us a chance. We could help your teachings and also expose you to Zone Healing which is something you will love.
BTW, I sent you a Bas Rutten workout you could do at your house. It is really fun and something you would enjoy since you train by yourself. Did you ever get it?
